# VektorNode > VektorNode builds computational systems that translate design intent into reliable fabrication data for the construction and metal-fabrication industries. Founded and run by Felix Brunold (Staufen, Switzerland), combining backgrounds in architecture, industrial design, and metal fabrication. VektorNode designs and ships production-ready tools — Grasshopper plugins, custom Rhino/C# software, and web apps — that remove manual handoffs between design and the shop floor.
