Wave is a balcony railing made from flat metal parts that only become spatially curved during assembly.
Cutting data, part labeling, and assembly information all derive directly from the wave geometry.
Design, fabrication, and installation share one data path. Nothing gets re-entered between steps.
Digital Production Data
The model takes the wave geometry and produces every cut file for the laser. Each flat part carries a unique label with its position number, dimensions, and install info. The data goes straight to Carl Meier Sohn AG, with no manual conversion in between.
