Manual Planning Automated
Before: measure, draw, list parts, write bending programs by hand. Every geometry change meant doing it all again. Now: enter the outline, pick the type, get the parts and the cut files in one step.
Four Cover Types
The app handles four types: cornice and parapet cover, cornice cover, thick-sheet parapet (≥1 mm), and thin-sheet parapet (<1 mm). Each type has its own calculation logic and produces its own set of parts.
3D Preview and Calculation
The calculation runs on the server and the result appears in the browser. Each component - parapet, cover sheet, adhesive sheet, slider - can be toggled on and off to check how it fits together. Thickness, overhang, and the other parameters update live.
